Your Company Operates in Many Countries? JDE - Vocabulary Overrides

Vocabulary override is a feature provided by the JDE Development Toolkit and used to modify the text that appear in applications and UBEs. This can be used for example to

- Translate the text of customs applications or UBEs to different languages (typically in multinacional companies)

- Change the text provided by Oracle on standard objects for any language.

The vocabulary overrides need to be promoted to each environment using the OMW and pushed to the users deploying a package.

This is a step by step guide to accomplish this task successfully.
